The first 15-minute phone call is a Complementary Consult that allows you to talk to Chris or Dr. Ramsey about what you are hoping to get from coaching or counseling, how we can help and what would work best for you.  If the fit is good, then we will schedule the initial session.

Most clients find that they get the most out of Coaching  by partnering with us over several weeks or months. Typically 50 minute sessions over the phone, video chat or face-to-face meetings (every week, twice a month or once per month) allow clients to make progress, evaluate their efforts and celebrate their success with Chris as their guide.  
You and Chris will collaboratively create your Custom Coaching Package during your initial session to see what will work best for you!
