Ramsey has enjoyed a rich history of working within the local church and para-church ministries, private school educational systems, leadership and consulting contexts.  Over these experiences, Chris has discovered the power of connecting with the Truth, living in a deepening Integrity and mustering Courage to live wholehearted.  

Chris is an author and national speaker/trainer within the fields of leadership and management.  He writes about fatherhood and serves on his local church's teaching team responsible for preaching the Bible in Sunday gatherings. 

From the executive round table to the church house, Chris has a track record of bringing innovation, improvement and success to any group or individual ready to move from mediocre to excellence.  

Throughout his career he has been known for his energetic and encouraging personality.  He brings life and enthusiasm into most any setting.  Chris is a hungry learner - constantly pursuing some new avenue of understanding.  He dabbles with guitar playing, hunting and home repair.  

Chris enjoys the culture and food of Louisiana with his wife, Dr. Valerie Ramsey, and two children but is a life-long Arkansas Razorback fan. ​
